terms of service
General
- Payments are to be made in USD through PayPal
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason. Whether or not I disclose said reason is under my own discretion
- Sending a Commission Request (please refer to The Process for what that entails) process automatically assumes that you have agreed with the Terms of Service (ToS). You will be prompted to review the ToS before your commission is accepted, but it is your responsibility to read through and understand the contents of the ToS. If anything is unclear to you, feel free to ask for clarification!
- Any individual that violates the ToS will be blacklistedArtwork
- A piece will generally take up to 4-5 weeks for completion. I will set clear deadlines and expectations with you once I begin working on your piece
- You will be informed as soon as possible should there be any delay in the completion of your commissioned piece
- Upon accepting your commission, 50% of the total payment is to be paid up front
- If you cancel your commission during the initial sketch stage, you will be given a full refund. If you cancel your commission after the initial sketch stage, you will only be refunded up to 50% of what has already been paid depending on how far I have progressed with your commission.
- If I can no longer continue with your commission, you will be given a full refund and the option to be on the priority waitlist for the next time I open for commissions
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g. a private gift), I have the right to use the completed piece to promote my work on social media
- Commissions are for PERSONAL use only. Reposting the provided watermarked version without alterations AND with appropriate credit is allowed, but any form of commercial use is not

The process for commissioning me should start by sending me a Commission Request with the following information though Instagram or Email.- Commission Type

(e.g. what kind of pose, expression, etc.) I will ask for further clarifications if it is necessary before I approve your commission.Please also consider my limitations:

* While I am open to drawing fanart, if I feel that I am not suited to/familiar enough with the fandom that you are requesting, I may reject your commission.Step 2
Once I have approved of your Commission Request, I will give you the estimated price of your commission. An invoice with the full statement with be sent, but only 50% of the payment is to be paid up front before I begin your sketch.Once the payment is received, I will send you an initial sketch of your piece when it is ready (this is the intial sketch stage that the ToS refers to).At this point, you will be allowed a single round (meaning one conversational exchange) of any kind of revision (e.g. change of pose, expression, etc.) free of charge. _If you are commissioning a Colored Sketch, this will be your final and only round of revision. _** Any further revisions of the sketch after this initial exchange may cost extra.**Step 3
(If you are commissioning a Colored Sketch, skip to Step 4)Once the sketch is approved, I will proceed to the next stage of your commission.I will send you a colored draft of your piece when it is ready. At this point, you will be allowed a single round of minor revisions (e.g. simple color adjustments, shifting of minor details, etc.) free of charge. No further revisions can be made after this exchange.Step 4
